Eligibility
- The offer applies to residential properties within the Sydney metropolitan area.
- Offer covers a maximum roof area of 110 sqm. Additional charges may apply for larger roof areas.
Inclusions
- Free roof inspection.
- Roof restoration includes pressure washing, sealing of flashing, and application of two coats of premium paint.
- 7-year workmanship warranty and 15-year material guarantee apply to completed restoration work.
Exclusions
- The offer does not include:
- Repointing or rebedding.
- Valley replacements.
- Flashing replacement.
- Structural repairs or major restorations not specified in the inclusions.
Additional Costs
- Any repairs, upgrades, or services outside the scope of the offer will be quoted separately and must be approved by the homeowner before proceeding.
Payment Terms
- Full payment of $4990 is required upon completion of the restoration service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- RoofXPro reserves the right to request a deposit for bookings.
Inspection Results
- Free roof inspection is conducted to assess the roof’s condition. RoofXPro reserves the right to decline work if the roof is deemed unsuitable for restoration under this offer.
Paint and Materials
- Premium paint will be used in the restoration. Homeowners may select colours from a specified range. Custom colour options may incur additional charges.
Warranty Details
- The 7-year workmanship warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship. The 15-year material guarantee applies to the durability and quality of the paint used.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as severe weather, structural issues, or improper maintenance.
Scheduling and Availability
- Services are subject to booking availability. RoofXPro will endeavour to accommodate requested dates but reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
- Refunds are not available for work already completed.
Liability
- RoofXPro is not liable for pre-existing roof issues or structural damage uncovered during the restoration process.

- By booking this service, the homeowner agrees to these terms and conditions.
